Use of the website
Cardboard R Us LLC (“we”, “us”) operates an online trading card shop from Winter Haven, Florida at www.cardboardrus.com. By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must provide accurate account and contact information. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with checkout, inventory, or admin tools.
Orders
Prices and stock can change until checkout is complete. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, or an item is unavailable. After payment we send a confirmation email when we have a customer email on file.
Shipping and local pickup
At checkout you choose mail shipping or local pickup (Winter Haven, Florida area). Shipping options and estimates are shown in the cart and at checkout. Mail orders are packed and shipped with tracking when available. Local-pickup orders are pulled in-store and handed off in person. See Shipping & insurance for current methods.
Returns and refunds
Condition is described on each listing. Graded cards and printing are sold as listed; checkout asks you to confirm that version on graded or high-value items. Contact us promptly if something arrives damaged or not as described.
Cancellations and returns may include a 20% restocking fee on items. Unused postage is refunded only if the label can be voided. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
The 20% fee is calculated on the item subtotal (not tax) and applies whether or not the order has shipped. Partial refunds take 20% of that item only. If the package shipped or the label was scanned, shipping and insurance are not refunded. If the package never left and unused postage can be voided, shipping and insurance are refunded (we do not take 20% of postage). Refunds, when issued, go back through the original payment method (Stripe). Email support@cardboardrus.com with the order details. See also Printing & restocking.
SMS program terms
Cardboard R Us SMS is an operational program, not advertising. Today it is used for staff Price Watch inventory alerts. Eligible staff opt in through the admin Price Watch settings. We may offer customer order-status texts later only if the customer consents.
